Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (and, if applicable, the company you represent) and LINKOR AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16815284), registered office at Flat 19 Theodor Court, 1 Nobel Close, London NW9 5TF (“Linkor”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using Linkor (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Linkor is a TikTok Shop affiliate management platform for UK sellers and agencies. It helps you discover creators, run outreach, manage samples and a creator pipeline, and view GMV and performance data pulled from your TikTok Shop account via TikTok’s official OAuth authorisation flow.

Linkor is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. Your use of TikTok Shop remains governed by TikTok’s own terms, and you’re responsible for complying with them.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@linkor.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to use Linkor.

• New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start it.
• If you choose to subscribe, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout, in GBP, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
• If we change our pricing, we’ll give you at least 14 days’ notice before it applies to your subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use Linkor to send spam, harassing messages, or unsolicited bulk outreach that breaches TikTok’s platform rules or applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the Service’s underlying code beyond what’s permitted by law.
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product, or to scrape or resell the creator data we surface.
• Interfere with the Service’s operation or attempt to access another workspace’s data.

You own the data you submit to Linkor and the data pulled from your TikTok Shop account on your behalf (“Customer Data”). You grant us a licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. We don’t sell your Customer Data. Full detail on what we collect and why is in our Privacy Policy.

We may use anonymised, aggregated data (that can’t identify you or your business) to monitor and improve the Service.

Linkor, its software, design and branding are owned by LINKOR AI LTD. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business during your subscription — nothing else is transferred to you.

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee that creator data, GMV figures, or outreach outcomes will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular business result will follow from using Linkor. Data pulled from TikTok Shop or third-party creator profiles reflects what those sources report to us and may be incomplete or delayed.

To the extent permitted by law, LINKOR AI LTD’s total liability to you arising from or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), except where liability can’t be excluded by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

You may stop using Linkor and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, don’t pay outstanding fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. On termination, we’ll retain your data only as described in our Privacy Policy, then delete it.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll post the date of the most recent update at the top of this page, and notify you by email of any material change before it takes effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
