Who we are
Linkor (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a product of LINKOR AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16815284), registered office at Flat 19 Theodor Court, 1 Nobel Close, London NW9 5TF.

What we do
Linkor is a TikTok Shop affiliate management platform for UK sellers and agencies. To provide this service, we connect to your TikTok Shop account (with your authorisation via TikTok’s official OAuth flow) to read order, product and GMV data, which we display back to you in dashboards and analytics.
What data we collect
- Your name, email, and password (hashed) — collected when you sign up.
- Your company/workspace name and billing plan.
- TikTok Shop order data (GMV, order counts, product performance, buyer region) — via the TikTok Shop API, with your authorisation.
- TikTok Shop OAuth access/refresh tokens — used to maintain your shop connection.
- Creator/influencer public profile data (handle, follower count, engagement) — for creator discovery features.
We do not collect your end customers’ names, delivery addresses, or contact details from TikTok Shop orders — only aggregate and order-level fields needed for reporting.
How we protect your data
All data in transit is encrypted (TLS). All data at rest is encrypted by our database provider (Supabase, hosted in the UK — AWS eu-west-2, London). Access to your data is restricted to your own workspace via database-level access controls (Row Level Security) — no other customer can see your data.

We do not sell your data, or your customers’ data, to any third party.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@linkor.ai — we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after closure, except where we’re required to retain it for longer by law (e.g. financial records).
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as our practices change, and post the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified to you by email.
